Range of application:
gaseous and low viscosity pressurising media,
for difficult operation conditions, vibrations and high variations of pressure,
impure and mushy process media (open connection flange).

Construction:
with horizontal diaphragm,
without glycerine filling =  type 1
with glycerine filling     =  type 2 (from160 mbar up)
quality class 1,6 = indicating accuracy better than
± 1,6 % from
full scale value at + 20°C, EN 837-3,
(construction D + E = quality class 2,5),
chemistry-bayonet housing,
with laminated safety glass slice,
with blow-out.   

Materials:
bayonet housing: stainless steel 1.4301,
movement: Niro / Niro,
diaphragm: stainless steel 1.4571,
upper measuring flange: stainless steel  1.4571;
lower measuring flange:
construction C = with stainless steel connection 1.4571;
Ausführung D = with steel connection / lined with PTFE,
diaphragm with PTFE-foil;
construction E = with stainless steel connection 1.4571 / lined with PTFE, diaphragm with PTFE-foil.

Operating pressure:

see table "display ranges"

Temperature:
+ 100°C (higher temperatures on  demand),
+ 70°C with glycerine filling type 2.

Connection:
G ½" B bottom or open flange (see type sheet 1100.1107).



Special constructions:
connecting thread ½" NPT and others,
with connection G ½" enlarged inlet bore up to max. 10 mm Ø,
special connection respectively fitting position, e.g. connection top view on the scale on o'clock,
inspection glass acryl glass,
special scales as double scale, fine division with knife edge pointer i. a.,
adjustable red mark indicator on the scale or adjustable from outside,
Max. drag indicator with adjusting knob in the acryl glass slice,
adjustment pointer with gear in aluminium,
protective foil in PTFE, fine silver (chlorine), tantalum i. a. also for vacuum and overpressure gauges (on low display ranges partial limits exists).

Pressure gauge safe against 10-fold overpressure through casting of the upper measuring flange (dial inscription "10-fach üs"), safe against overpressure up to max. 40 bar, with measuring flange 160mm Ø max. 2,5 bar;

special models for higher temperatures than + 100°C,
special models for chlorine,
quality class 1,0;
body and screw ring in fiber-glass reinforced polyamide black,
installation of additional electric equipment.
