MINIMUM PRESSURE RANGES

Each pressure measuring device needs a specified deflecting force for operating the discriminating
element. Therfor the integration is only possible with the pressure ranges that are given in the table.

On pressure measurement devices with 3 or 4 contacts the limit value pointers are not all necessarily adjustable on top of each other. Therefore you should always specify which pointers must be adjustable about each other respectively where your switching points are. In NG 100 pneumatic limit signal transmitter are only available with single contact.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
Pressure measurement devices with electro-mechanical limit signal transmitters (low-action- and
magnetic contacts) are delivered serially with cable bushings in the housing back panel and 1 m connection cable. There are two exceptions: on devices with rear mounting flanges and rear connections the cable resides at the right side of the housing.

Devices with inductive contacts or electrical contacts have a cable bushing serially.

The cable bushing is mounted on the right side of the housing. There are the following exceptions: On devices for panel installation and devices with a housing diameter -Ø 250 mm (NG 250) without rear mounting flange the cable connection box is generally mounted at the housing back panel.

Devices with pneumatic-contacts in housing diameter-Ø 100 mm (NG 100) are serially constructed only with a connection at bottom, other housing constructions on demand. At NG 160 and 250 all versions except housing constructions with U-clamp are designated serially with back side connection.
We would be pleased to send you the according dimension drawings on demand. On pneumatic contacts PE- or PP converter are mounted on the back side.

The exact position of the cable bushing respectively the cable connection box is found in the dimension drawings - for other connections we gladly send you the according dimension drawings. Alternative mountings are only possible with additional costs after an inquiry. With mounting of the cabel connection box or a pneumatic contact on the back side of the housing on housings-Ø 100 mm (NG 100) a blow-out (Ø 25 mm) is not possible anymore.

If a second cable connection box or bushing is necessary, e.g. at 3 x low-action contacts with seperated electric circuits, we would be pleased to send you the according dimension drawing on demand.

The used cable is maximal a five-core cable, the cabel bushing has 6 pins with one inclusive ground
terminal.

Limit signal transmitter are installed below the raised dial plate (HZ-version) by default. At NG 250 the limit signal transmitter are mounted on the low-lying dial plate (TZ-versions).
